Ann Henkel/Bobenrieth has a long track record of violence, mental illness, fraud, physical, verbal and sexual abuse, towards adults and children.including inappropriate sexual behavior, such as, lewd conduct with minors, masturbating in public, exposing herself to and giving alcohol to minors whom she employs at the Rita's Water Ice stores.
However, recently her behavior has become increasingly alarming and inappropriate. So much so, that concerned local residents consider it necessary to send out this warning to alert others to the potential danger she represents. Especially to the teens and young adults in our community. She also distributes false information about sexual relationships involving her young employees, to damage their reputation and tarnish their self image.
On the criminal side, she has been arrested three times within the last year. Offenses she was arrested for are; aggrevated battery, person uses a deadly weapon, cruelty towards children and domestic violence.
She stalks and threatens members of this community with impunity. She then tries to falsely accuse her victims and will file a police report against them. She repeatedly scams the system to try to sue for large sums of money. She has swindled financial loans from various relatives and acquaintances. She fraudulently sued her former employer for sexual harrasment and was awarded money in the case. She recently pursued suing the Palm Beach County Police Dept based on fraudelence and lies. She has made multiple false insurance claims.
Henkel/Bobenrieth is a smooth talker and appears to be a decsent honest Mother, but she is a master con artist and manipulator. She will stop at nothing and pathologically lie to build law suits for her personal or monitary gain. Henkel/Bobenrieth originally from Cherry Hill, NJ has also lived in Fort walton Beach, Florida and now reside in Lakeworth, Florida.
The reason She has been able to get away with her crimes and lies for so long is that individual victims have not had the courage to take action against her. Annie is highly combative and physically violent. Please warn other Palm Beach residents about this dangerous person.
