I attended Colonial Crossings at Williamsburg timeshare presentation in 2006. The timeshare respresentative (s) shown me a video of the future Colonial Crossings at Williamsburg Resort layout plans of indoor waterpark, mall, and resort condo units. I was told it will be completed within one to two years. Based on the anmeties and presentation, I brought into one bedroom condo timeshare unit. I paid the timeshare off in 2009 which still no indoor waterpark and mall. I was told by Colonial Crossing at Williamsburg Sales Representative that the reason at the time waterpark has not been built was because as they broke ground findings of Indian Burial site; Colonial Crossings will be starting soon on waterpark. I upgraded to two bedroom at this time with excitement the Theme Waterpark will open within a year. I was misled by Colonial Crossing of Williamsburg and their Coporate Office of the amneties and thought it would be a nice place to bring my family on vacation. I feel Colonial Crossings scammed me in their promotion of a fabulous place to bring my family. I would like my money that was invested and out of contract.
