I purchased a timeshare from Colonial Crossings in November. Their selling points were the promise of a underground waterpark, horseback riding facilities, fishing facilities, and spa facilities, etc. It is now 2011 and none of these facilities have been built at all. They sold me the timeshare based on all the amenities that they were going to build and now I have found out that they didn't even have permits to build these facilities. Their permits had either expired or had not been approved. This time share company to this day is still selling people the promise of all of the admenities that will never happen. I am very disappointed and would like to somehow be reliquished of my contract without any penalities, fees, or fines.
