I received vouchers in the mail to purchase certain items. I chose the laptop pc and send back the voucher and a check for $239.95. It is now 07/03 and have only received a letter with the/my clearing house account #26933174 but nothing about when to expect the merchandise. They already cashed my check and the phone # listed on the letter is not a good # (214) 915-7100. The block signature on the letter is from Mary Whiting, customer service.
What can i do to get my money back?
