My problem started back in september. Sweepstakes clearing house had cashed my check on an old account. After several attempts to get a refund from the check they cashed. No response. I've talked to a k. Tora sherrie and a new assistant on the phone today. All he stated was that my money will be sent in 10-13 days? I, stated that the check you guys cashed was to be applied to an exiting account. But instead send me all my money of $107.00 and close the active account out. As stated i've been contacting sweepatakes clearing house since setember 30.. No resolved issues i should have gotten my money back by this time. 2 months later still no response. I need some answers.
