I received a official directive promotion deal from Sweepstakes Clearing House for Laptop Computer. The cost was $239.95 with a voucher of $400.00 towards the full payment of the Laptop. I received it on March 23 at 6:30 PM and the instructions were read and the number to the start up tech advised me to enter these certain numbers for it work. Everything was all right and starting using it. Now, when I try to type a letter, the keys are sticking and the letter (Q) automaticly prints by itself without touching the keys. And this computer is a piece of junk.
