I had a card shipped to my business, and this card if used to pay me from a major manufacturer I work for. Citi is so careful with your money and personal information that they will allow anyone to call and activate a card using only the zip code on the piece of mail they sent the card in, even allowing any person to make their own pin number up. I even spoke with the "Fraud" department after the card had been activated, and all money had been withdrawn, and they had asked me not to activate the card that was already activated and used to steal $594.75. Now I'm dealing with the "Fraud" dept.in effort to get my stolen money back. I sent in the form they requested for fraud investigation on the 10th of January, they filed it and started an investigation. I then faxed an updated form with local police case number the following day, not received, and then the 24th, not received. I then fax again the 25th only to find they are going to restart my "investigation" and thus I'm expected to wait 15 days longer. Customer service is horrible and completely inept and doesn't care that they are unable to successfully do their job. Avoid doing business with Citi at all cost, it will cost you more than money.
