I too was duped, I was told if I filled out this survey that I would for shipping costs only get there product now I have been charged 99.95 shipping of 4.95. Now I have received another supply that I did not want nor did I ordered. I have not been able to get a hold of this company and I see that they do not have a web site. Next time I will not order only for shipping cost!
