I ordered a trial kit. $4.95 (shipping). I cancelled within the 30 days. I continued to receive a monthly charge 49.95 for refills. I did not agree to this. To date, I have been charged 349.00. I sent one package back in December and did not receive a refund. I have e-mailed, phoned, sent letters etc. To this company. I am at a loss of what to do next. Thank you.
