All your complaints are exactly what I experienced with ONLINE PROFIT MASTERS. Very misleading sales pitch of what exactly really is involved, monetary wise and what the business entails. Rude customer service, hanging up the phone on me, after trying to get a refund, I was told my money back guarentee had already expired even though it had been within the 60 day guarentee, so no refund either. I wish I had done more research on this scam of a business, like seeing this web site sooner!
