I went to the site that you have to add money to my account. I put in my credit card number. Then it went to the next page, and i did not want to sign up for what it was asking me to. So i clicked out of it, and it went back to my home page, and said that your payment was successful. The i looked at the amount in my box, and it was only saying. 50 cents. So i hit the refresh button, and it still said the same thing. I would like one of two things to happen. My credit card, credited back the ten dollars, or the ten dollars put on my gotya account. I would also like an email sent to me letting me know what is going on. Email address is [Personal Information Removed]. Thank you so much.
