I also fell into this scam of the free trial period and would not get charged if cancelled. I called and cancelled any future orders and got a RMA #. I sent the supposedly free trial jar back with the RMA # on it and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get my money back since they had already charged me the $79.95. Well I have called several times now and I still have not received my refund. They keep saying they haven't received it, when I was told by the USPS that it would be there in 2 days. If they state full refund back it should be given back and they should be able to track their own packages when received to their warehouse. I still as of this day have not received my refund. Nothing but a scam.
