I received a large yellow evelope in the mail today which appeared to be some type of legal document. I opened it and found a letter which stated that I'd won a prize (Acct. # 7454030154) total of $2,536, 092.23 and that it was due for payment. It stated that I needed to send $20.00 so that my winnings could be delivered by a "Bonded Federal Carrier". This is a SCAM and I'd like to take some legal action against FAA PO BOX 527800 Miami, FL 33152-7800
