They sent me a document stating that I have won $2,536, 092.23 and all I have to do is sign the form and send them a $20.00 processing fee and the will send me a check delivered by a bonded federal carrier. They also stated that they had to receive my check before 03/07 or I would forfit the prize. There is no phone number on the letter so I looked them up on the internet and found this.

I still have the envelope and the letter they mailed me for proof it that helps anyone else.
