Four Hundred dollar bill, and no service, calls were made, techs, came to my house, new lines were put in and still my package was incomplete, no phone or internet, off and on sence 4/30 - 6/12, co

Four hundred dollar bill no service, no service, no service. How many times do i have to call befor i can talk on the phone without disconnection or no power at all. How many techs have to come to my house. A package with phone, tv and cable is what i order but, only got tv. My order was made on 3/30 and service was not up and runing untile some time in june. I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED Comcast reguarding this matter but not satisfied with the out come. A four hundred dollar bill. Pay or your service will be disconnected... So much for the customer guarantee policy.
