We recieved a disconnect notice that stated we had until July 2 to pay the following amount 293.85.. A guy was sent out on June 25th to disconnect our services... We showed him the paper we got and he said he would give us 24 hours to call and take care of the problem... The next day morning I called and the recording also said july 2nd, we I talked to a repisetive she told me june 20th. When i told her the only thing i had recieved was that we had until july 2nd she told me there was nothing she could do for me it was being turned off... I explained to her i had a 2 year old and a 5 year old in the house and it has been 110 degees here lately. I thought they had passed it if there were childern under a certin age or elderly in the home they couldnt disconnect services at all in the summer. They then said that wasnt there problem and tryed to say we still owed for june wheni gave her the confermation number she said it didnt match anything in there system and again there was nothing she could do for me...
