Jerome Cunningham gave me the false hope that I was a guaranteed winner and by not responding with $5.95 processing fee I would forfeit $2,000, 000.00

I was led to believe that I was on a list of winners
guaranteed to win $2,000, 000.00 If I followed the proper
Procedures which were first checking the prize verification
box, second complete prize procedure form by
checking $2,000, 000.00 box and last but not least a
required $5.95 IDT processing fee that would guarantee
win.
