The folks at this company are specialists — but in deception and manipulation and clearly not matchmaking or makeovers as they state in their marketing.
So save yourself THOUSANDS and don't sign up.
I wasn't expect to meet a soul mate but I was at least expecting more dinners and service. (They say they are busy and have lots to do and will short and testy with you if you imply any dissatisfaction. So much for great customer service).
Since I've joined in Feb. Of this year they've cut down the number of days they set folks up and no longer have social events other than dinners and 1:1. They also don't return calls for days and when they do, they basically make you feel that you as a dater didn't "own" the experience so they can't help you. And it's your fault that their perfect match did not work for you.
I was asked to constantly update my profile as if changing that data may change who they pair me up with. I was also told after months that my profile was incomplete when they could have told me earlier!
Since I can't get my money back the only thing I can do is act as an example and tell you not to waste your money. I will finish up the contract but would NOT recommend this service to ANYONE.
