This mall is great in general, it's a huge mall, and lots of stores to shop with a variety of clothing, accessories, supplies, and discounts. The only complaint here is the mall is very disorganized and crowded sometimes. You have all types of people walking in this mall, and sometimes they walk close to you, so you have to be careful for pick pockets. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking space here. The customer service isn't that great in this mall; if you call the mall directory to ask if a store is located in Sawgrass Mills Mall, the lady I spoke to was not very nice, but rude and short patience, she didn't want to look up the store to see if it's still located there. The mall is so big it is a good idea to always ask if a store you want to shop is even located there. This mall is a good place overall for tourists. Just needs a few improvements.
