WONrewards recieved notification that I won 2 million and to mail $11.89 and for faster rush processing add $3.00 more dollars, I called the Company and they explained I didn't have to send the $11.89 thar the f

I recieved a form in the mail asking me to fill out and send back. That I had won 2 million dollars and to send the $11.89 plus $3.00 for rush shipping. When I looked them up on the internet they don't exhist. I called them and they said I didn't have to send any money but the $11.89 was for a $2,500.00 gift certificate that I could use at www.WONrewards.com. I would have to pay 25%. I looked them up on the internet and www.NextGen.com and WONrewards and also www.sweepsresults.com/million and all is showed was people winning $50.00 to $1,000.00 dollars. I checked further and reading the information other people wrote I decided to file a complainte.
