Won rewards.com online merchandise i got in the mail a offical paper saying that i could have won $ 2 million dollars if i chosed option 1. I was told to send in $11.89 but $ 3.00 for proccessing fee. This really sucks i would like to

I recieved this letter in the mail saying that i won 2 million dollars. I was excited and thought yes this is our ticket to florida. This was back in sept 12. I had to send in the $11.89 and plus $3.00 handling fee. I was not sure about this and i was right. People like this need to brought to justice. How can people do this to other peeople and be able to sleep at nite. I am just very upset and pissed off.
