So far my coaching experiences with Carleton Sheets coaching program is not at all what I had been expecting. They neglected to tell me that no money down only refers to the inital down payment. I found that out when I spoke to my coach and was informed how many people "are confused and do not understand the concept of no money down".
I was told that refers to only the inital down payment but payment would be required through an agreement with the seller and an agreement with a financial institution. I did not come across any information BEFORE I agreed to pay for this course that "No Money Down" meant ONLY the INITIAL Down PAYMENT.
