Money was taken from my account. On 3May £59.99/25May £2. Then on 2June £59.99

I have never bought anything from ASK-ZINGA.com nor have I been able to contact then to find out why this money has been taken.

I am a pensioner and I cannot afford to be paying money I do not owe.

Please help.
