I received a letter from my credit card company saying I had gone over my limit and when I enquired as to how this happened they said it had been attached to a payment made to Ziinga for this cost, which I actually did not make.
I had registered on Zinga but did not purchase anything!
Do you have a contact number or details for Ask Ziinga's customer service, or is this non-existent?
