I had booked a room with a whirl pool tub in galena il, After checking in i notice that there wasnt a whirl pool tub, i went to the desk and complained, they said there wasnt anything they could do since i booked it through hotels.com. I asked if i could upgrade? Then was told theres nothing we can do.
