I signed up so my grandson could call from jail. Nothing works and no calls come in. I have tried to get in touch with someone but to no advail no phone # listed anywhere
I was trying to get another company and jail solution jumped in didn't even know it had switched on me. Now I just need money back. Have not heard from grandson in over a week
