Ordered on line rear wiper/arm. Was quoted £15.00. They took £25.00. Order never arrived, so i asked for money to be returned to my account. That was 3wks ago. Every time i ring, 01942862277 they say that it will be done. Up to date 23rd june still not in. Looking on website, i am not the only person with this problem. Anita wiseman
