Have not recieved my order - Credit for ruby ring and receiving the correct tanzinte ring I ordered

I cancelled the order for a ruby ring after not receiving it, and ordered a tanzinte ring. Now you have my money for both, and I still have nothing. I have ordered many things it tp past and have never had this problem. I would like to think what I have read about the bad service and very poor jewelry that others have recieved is NOT going to be the case. Anita
