Cash transfer into their account they posted them 2 days later, only one damaged part was suitable, sent them recorded letter asking for a refund of all but 1, damaged part sent them numerous photos, over 60 telephone calls offered to take the parts back myself but they make excuses every time this has been going on 2 weeks now. Takeing them to court. Also spoke to an ebay member recently he his in the same predicament also taken £270 from him
