Similar to previous complaints. I ordered a free sample of skincare (which I have not received) and had to pay £5.95 postage. Today I received my VISA statement and £54.95 has been taken from it without permission. On Monday I shall ring the number another correspondent gave, namely 08000124256. Fingers crossed. I shall also contact my VISA company.
