I asked for a free sample of a skincare product advertised on my computer (down the right hand side of the screen alongside emails) and today have found that 2 payments of £54.95 have been taken from my Co-op Visa card on 13th Feb and on 24th Feb. I did not authorise these payments and received no notification that these payments were going to be taken from my card.
The free product I received had nothing to recommend it. I would not buy any product from this company. I have not received anything for the £110. I do not want anything more from this company except to get my money back. I think their claims about reducing wrinkles are fraudulent.
