This company said they would charge my credit card $1,199.00 and negotiate all of my accounts down to lower interest. I was uncomfortable being charged before I saw the contract, but they said I had 30 days to get a refund. I received the paperwork asking me to sign a form for the credit card charge. I did not sign it. I tried to call to cancel but was unable to speak to anyone. I sent a letter on March 1st. The letter did not come back undeliverable. This is June 22 and I still have not received a refund or a call from them. Today I attemped to call them and the number has been disconnected. I tried to fax another letter and that too has been disconnected. An email attempt came back undeliverable. I am now disputing the charge with the credit card company, fear they will not be able to help me at this late date. This is a total scam!
