My husband placed an order 5/14 as seen on radio. On 5/28 $59.90 was debited to our account, called bank because it was garbled to verify who and phone number. We made phone calls 6/2/6/3 and on 6/4 phone call was return to us. We have the woman's name, extention and told her that no longer wanted product and where did they get the right to do that because husband wasn't told that. She said when package arrives to put RMA, #'s on invoice and front of package, as of today 6/22 no package and again have made phone calls on 6/20,6/21 and 6/22 also asked for that woman to call back. What makes us angry, you never talk to a person only leave messages and wait till they call back the next business day. That's not good business.
