I received about 7 calls in one afternoon; finally I decided to take the call after it was very clear that it was urgent that they speak to me.

The woman on the other end informed how I was 1 in 10,000 specially chosen, or randomly selected in the US to receive a grant from federal money that I was not going to have to pay back.

I asked several questions in order to insure legitimacy and was confident that I was not being scammed I spoke with verification officer and asked her also the same question and more that I asked the first representative I talked to.

I proceed to give her my banking information and was told that I would receive a package in the mail WITHIN 2 days, (there was no specification that it would be business days or not), in this package there would be a number of free offers coupons and much more.

Needless to say I was never sent a package and my bank account was debited for a 49.95. When I contacted the company I waited 10 minutes for a representative that was extremely rude told her I never received a package and was told that in order to get the money you much apply with is another 299 some odd dollar amount.

I asked if I could be refunded my 49.95 considering they hadn't anything and I was no longer interested. The women said "NO" when I asked her why she said it was company policy. When I asked to a supervisor, she said all of them were in a meeting and managers do not take phone calls.

So I asked if they refund me because they hadn't held up their end of the bargain, she said "Ma'am its company policy, what makes you think you can change it." I was irate at this point and ask to please with a Rep, she said "They don't want to talk to you, and HUNG UP THE PHONE!"

For some reason I called back and waited again, and was told the same thing that the managers do not speak to customers! The website I was provided was not correct needless to say and I still have not received a package or been successful in speaking to a manager.
