Ipurchased s10 from Kathleen Rizer on March 21. When i received truck, hardin co. Licence bureau, said title had beenjumped. Title was in company name out of Maryland and truck from Pa. I asked for bill of sale to get title and right away he was ready to pick up truck. He reinbursed me 4350.00, Ididnt get my shipping fee. Iwaited for a few days to make sure check cleared of 4350.00. He was to refund full amount. He does owe me 350.00 shipping fee. He notified me when he picked truck up he wanted title he sent to me, with truck. I could not help the fact the title had been jumped. I did make copy of title. The truck was not in condition, he said. I also got pictures and estimate. I could not get alear title in OH., with out bill of sale, and it would have to come from Maryland, and signature of the oweneror who had the authority to sign, and a bill of sale. That is why the title didnt Rizer on it, License bureau said title had been jumped. Todd got in hurry then to pick truck up.
