I purchased a complete motor swap, on4/12/12had trouble finding out when and wer parts were shipped. Talked to Vivien, she was very rude. When items finally arrived. Oil was dripping from motor and some parts were sent unpacked. Some parts were damaged. Trucking firm said it was the worst case of shipping ever. Contacted Bill Fortune explainedq problem he said things happen! SEnt replacement parts took about two weeks. After spending several hours cleaning parts (that should have already been clean) and chasing down parts that were suppose to be included.installed motor it smokes and has rod knock. Called B. Fortune he said he would taken motor back, Ihad to pay shipping and 20 percent restocking fee. If my problem was buyers remorse are along those lines I could understand. However problem is there's. And why would you pay restocking fee on bad product. I have also spent over $40.00 Trying to resolve this.
