Purchased pencey caius sandals in black (prior to placing the order I emailed to confirm they were in stock); they charged my card and I did it receive a confirmation email. When I emailed back regarding not receiving a confirmation bizratesales emailed back and said the item is not in stock and they were refunding my money... Days later, I emailed again because there was no money returned to my account. They emailed back and said "please be patient with my bank, maybe bank is still processing". Then I was emailed and sent a tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking number, it stated a product I did not order was sent to an address in Indiana! I do not live in, have never visited or ever even flown through Indiana! When I emailed me yet again, they said they had processed a refund. Three weeks later, no merchandise and no refund; mind you, the website www.4mo.org is still showing theses shoes as in stock and available! Do not order from the scandolous crooks!!! I have since reported this fraud to the federal government Regarding international purchases at www.ftc. Gov/bcp/consumer and reported the scam to my bank!!! These people are frickin liars and straight crooks! Do not order from or patronize their website —you will be scammed and sorry if you do!!!
