I checked my bank statement and saw a charge for $29.95USD for a transaction I did not authorize. I pulled up the copy of the "Check Conversion Voucher" and got a contact number, 1-877-886-0144. I called the number and got a company called "Billing Support - A Payment Verification Company" I spoke with Shalonda the first time I called and with Randy the second time I called. They assure me the transaction will be refunded in 3-6 business days. Billing Support said the charge was approved by Ann Estes, IP address 1269.127.12.194 (California) then the second time I called they said it was approved by me IP address 169.234.143.131 (New York) I'm in Baltimore. My bank has issued a hold on my account and tomorrow I have to go to the branch and get a new account number. The money was deposited in a Bank of America Account number (Personal Info Removed).
