I applied for a loan online and by telephone the named company told me no money would be deducted from my account until i had accepted a loan. I never accepted the loan and they still took money out of my bank account. I have phoned the company and they are refusing to put the money bk into my account. I have talked to legal advice and they say it was withholding money through deception. Wot can i do about this and am i eligable to get my money bk.
