I started working at this company Kapital business solutions. The first interview was with this guy named Mica or Mika walker. He went off for a good 20 mins about how the company is growing and expanding and how they are desperate for managers and they did marketing for bell canada and some company called green smart that i later found out is his uncle making cleaning products in his house. Made me feel like they wanted to train me to be a manager. I was promised many times bonuses that they never fullfilled like trips and money. They made me sign something that says im totally independant but told me what time to be at work and what was was allowed to do and not to do. Now i can't even apply for assistance. They are bullies treat people like shit. The presidents name was Rahim karimi one of the shadiest people i have ever met. He lies talking big about how the company is growing and he's doing better then everyone else out there.
