In summary, after using a brand new SafeLink phone, for two years, the phones computer chips just "burned out", with age.
When I reported this, to SafeLink Wireless, the comapny sent me a "re-furbished"
phone, which was programmed to a completely different area code, and would not even access the local network.
When I reported this, to SafeLink, the company sent me a series, of codews, to enter into the defective phone. The result was the same, in every case. The phone rejected every code I tried to enter.
I tried contacting SafeLink, to report this problem, 15 times, yet I cannot seem to make their staff understand the problem. All the company continually does is tell me to "try the phone, again".
For contacts number 16-20, I have suggested that SafeLink Wireless transfer my
working TracFone (back-up phone) over to the SafeLink network.
I guess that SafeLink has declined this since their last three messages just keep saying "Try again".
In message 21, I have told SafeLink what they can do with themselves. To me, it is no loss, to be without my SafeLink phone, since the phone does NOT work.
I have to ask, on this web-site: Has anyone else had this same problem, with SafeLink Wireless? If so, how did you resolve the problem.
SafeLink wont pay attention, when I tell them that their "re-furbished" phone is defective.
