Go to Assurance Wireless! Safelink SUCKS! Not only do you NOT understand what the csr are saying. They all seem to be brain dead! I've been trying to get my replacement phone over 5 months now. The dummies sent the first one to my old address EVEN THOUGH I UPDATED it. I was told they would send another one out. They evenrepeted my new address to me on the phone... I still don' have the replacement phone! So after 4 calls, over 450 minutes later-my next call was to secure my number so that I coulod use it with another company... Th results of that - Yup! Nothing! Them fools zapped me of my energy. I hate Safelink. But i still want my number. Safelink sucks!
