I tried to re-certify over my pre-paid phone, and had NO luck after 15 0r more minutes with 2 reps.
Finally got to a computer, and could not get an application completed dsue to their wevbsite continually going around in circles.
When I did manage to get a chat started, it was terminated adfter only 2 questions.
