I applied to have a free trial of their skin care cream but when looking at my bank statement discovered that they had take £57.95 from my account. I never, at any time, signed up to receive anything but the free sample. I have notified my bank not to make any further payments to this company and agree that something must be done about them. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to pay this sort of money - and haven't noticed any improvement in any case!
