I placed an order for a free trial face cream i agreed to pay 3.95 for postage the cream arrived with no paper work
When I recieved my C/C statement I found they had taken more money another 97pounds 95pence on the 5 march so far that free tril kit has cost me 101 pounds 90pence
I have put a stop on my credit card at a cost to me
I was given a phone number for them from my bank I phoned lots of times but have not got an answer yet.
As a pensioner this has taken a full weeks pension to pay back to the c/c and am feeling physically sick.
What can be done about this add that came through facebook?
I can't afford this
