This money was taken from my account on the 16th of april i was sending off for a free sample paying £3.95 postage and packing. It did not say that i had to purchace these goods at all thats what free sample means, otherwise i would not have ordered the product especially paying £97.95 for three small tubs of face cream!!! I am on sickness benefits and cannot afford this sort of money for face cream. You have totally messed up my benefits and bank charges. I want an explanation and my money back, you can have the cream back i dont care i just want my money. I want a fone number so i can speak to a humanbeing about this because this is totally out of order anbd should not have been taken free sample means free sample. I am absolutley disgusted about this i am on the sick due 2 serious mental health problems and you have caused me nothing but stress and worry. I want my money back and i will block my bank from you taking any more money from my account. I want a reply and explanation please. Miss v.L. Kane
