Calvert Apartments ripoff drunks from bar park in our lot/illegal aliens and gangs Va

This building is a scandal. The parking lot is full at night with drunks from the bar downstairs and another bar is opening soon on the ground level. The drugs are from local Afro gang members and illegal aliens who occupy apartments without having their names on the lease. We pay high rents and find seven people in one bedroom apartments on a regular basis. The security system does not work, I was stuck in the elevator with some druggies who menaced me. The manager always says any complaints from a white person are racially motivated. But i neven ever mentioned the race of my tormenters
