Ordered 2 purses, did not get a confirmation e-mail. Tried to cancel, was unable to do so. Got the purses in extremely bad condition and of the most poor quality you can imagine. I've been trying to return them, but they do not respond with an address to send them to. They keep disappearing from the web so it's impossible to get hold of them. My bank is investigating the charge, but it's still pending.
