I bought two coach purses from coach outlet online and fashionpay.com came up as the third party doing the billing after 1 week i didnt receive anything so i emailed them they gave me a tracking number merchant number and order number my shipment was in china. I emailed them several times but they will not respond. As of dec 13 they took my money and still i have not received any purses
