For the past 1 or more years I have received a problem with my monthly bill. Each time a represenative corrects my bill, the following month the records are gone and the bill is larger than what was agreed. I tried to resolve the matter, but the represenative was very rude, over talked me while I was trying to explain. On 06/11 Mr Philips was the one who stood out the most, he was located in the resolution department. I tried the dispute department and I was treated worst. The last time the corporate office assisted me inresoling my problem.
